She started the rally with an ace then assisted on a kill from Simon. After a Privateer substitution, Green connected with Filipiak to make it 16-11 A&M-Corpus Christi. A UNO timeout didn't help as Green found the court twice with back-to-back aces. A setting error by the Privateers helped cap the 7-0 run and put the Islanders up, 19-11.
- Texas A&M-Corpus Christi nearly led the third set get away as UNO battled back from an eight-point deficit to take a 23-21 lead. Young started the rally with a kill and Felan added a service ace to tie the match, 23-23. The Privateers regained the lead on a kill from Rhyan Rand but Young tied things back up at 24-24 with a kill off a feed from Green. Simon gave the Islanders a quick lead on a kill but an A&M-Corpus Christi service error tied things back up, 25-25.
