2021 SLC All-Academic Second-Team

2021 (Sr.): Earned a spot on the All-Academic Second-Team after maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA in her psychology curriculum… came up big in the SLC Championship match with 12 kills, her second-highest total of the season to help the Islanders win the conference tournament… spiked a season-high 13 kills in a win over Texas State… tallied a season-high .545 hitting percentage at Arizona State with six kills and no errors on 11 attacks… hit over .300 seven times… season-high four blocks in matches against Louisville and Northwestern State… totaled 174 kills and 40 kills on the year… played in all 29 matches

2020-21 (Jr.): Played in all 19 matches and totaled 61 kills and 10 blocks… registered a season-high nine kills in the SLC Championship match against Sam Houston… posted a team-high seven kills in the NCAA Tournament against San Diego… hit for a .583 clip with seven kills vs. Incarnate Word… notched at least five kills in six matches, including seven in the season-opener against UTRGV… blocked four attacks in the SLC Semifinals against Stephen F. Austin

Appeared in 29 matches and 75 total sets ... finished the year with 102 kills, 26 blocks, 24 digs and eight assists ... recorded 20 multi-kill performances ... had a season-high 14 kills with three digs against SFA (9/26) ... recorded four blocks with nine kills in a Southland Tournament first round win over UCA (11/22) ... had five blocks against Southeastern La. (9/12),  with four kills, three digs and three assists.

2018 (Fr.)
Appeared in 17 matches and 65 total sets ... had 14 starts on the year ... finished season with 176 kills, averaging a team-best 2.71 kills per set ... recorded 24 total blocks with 37 digs defensively ... had eight service aces and six assists ... had 10 matches with double-digit kill totals ... season-high of 20 kills came in first round of Southland Tournament against SFA (11/16).

Maryvale High School
During her career, Carter helped Maryvale turnaround from a 3-14 program to three-straight 17-win campaigns ... named the most improved in the 2013 modified season ... appeared on the All Western New York honorable mention list in 2015 ... earned First Team All-WNY in 2016 along with being named the Co-MVP, All-ELIC and Third Team All-State ... was the president of her National Honor Society and a four-year scholar-athlete.
