CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men's and women's tennis returned to the Thomas J. Henry Tennis Center today, hosting Abilene Christian in their final home matches of the season. The women battled in the opening match of the doubleheader, earning a close 4-3 win. In the second match of the day, the men came out of the gates running, grinding through the match to secure a 6-1 victory over the Wildcats.
"I'm so proud of these seniors," said Coach Steve Moore, "and I've been proud of them for a long time. They're as high-character, hardworking, and team above self as you can ever ask an athlete to be. They've uplifted this team and university with their play, but even more with their character. These teams are working hard, and getting better every day."
