TULSA, Okla. – Texas A&M-Corpus Christi golf sits at 629 through the first 36 holes of the ORU Shootout, standing 17th after day one at the Meadowbrook Country Club.

Sophomore
Brooklyn Sutton leads the Islanders as she sits tied for 28th on the individual leaderboard. Sutton finished the day 10-over at 154 through two rounds. She provided the best single round of the day for the Blue and Green, carding a 2-over par opening round before going 8-over in the afternoon round.

Dani Bergmann sits second for the Islanders after the first two rounds. The junior carded a 5-over round of 72 in the morning before finishing 9-over par in her second trip on the course. Bergmann sits at a 158 total through the first two rounds of the ORU shootout. Â

Senior
Olivia Lowe holds a 36-hole card of 160. Lowe went 11-over in the opening round before shaving six strokes off that score in the afternoon.
Autumn Bynum also sits at 160 through the first two rounds with cards of 7-over and 9-over on the day.
Julia Dereniwsky rounded out the Islanders' quintet at the ORU Shootout. Dereniwsky carded rounds of 8-over and 10-over on Monday.

As a team, the Islanders posted a 22-over opening round of 310 strokes before a round of 319 in the afternoon.
