- Emma Young has averaged 13 points and over six boards per game over the past three games. She's hit four three-pointers after recording four threes combined in her first five contests of the season
- Point guard Dae Dae Evans has recorded nine assists in her past two games, after previously averaging 2.5 helpers per game
- Forward Uri Jolivette leads the Islanders, making 63.6% of her shots. Her average is gone up over her last three contests, making all but two shots and averaging 81.8% since November 25th
- Brittany Mbamalu has recorded double-digit performances in her previous four contests, and is averaging 15 points a game over her last three games
- Mbamalu has been great on the boards as of late, leading all Islanders with 20 rebounds over three contests
- Kre'Ana Henry set a career-high against FAMU at the Feast of Giving Tournament in Edinburg, scoring 18 points against the Rattlers

- The Islanders lead the Dust Devils in nearly every major category, specifically on the defensive side of the ball
- Allowing an average of 71.3 points per game TAMIU has allowed opponents to breach the 70-point mark six times, the 80-point threshold twice and the 90-point target once
- Only one team has dropped 70 against the Islanders season, as Corpus Christi fell 61-70 against reigning WAC Champions New Mexico State on the road
- Corpus Christi's .407 field goal percentage sits just below the Dust Devils defensive field goal percentage on the year (.416)
