CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Islanders Monthly Luncheon Series, presented by the Port of Corpus Christi, opens 2017 at the Water Street Seafood Co. (309 N Water St.) on Jan. 3.

Carol Blackmar headline the event. Flanagan and the Islanders Track & Field team will open their indoor season on Jan. 13 at the Texas A&M Invite. Blackmar's squad will compete in five tournaments leading into the Southland Conference Championship, April 17-19, including the Islander Classic, Feb. 27-28
Guests at the luncheon will have the opportunity to get to know the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi coaching staff better as well as get insider information about the teams. Registration for the event will start at 11:30 a.m., with the program slated to run from noon-1 p.m.
Tickets for the luncheon are available for $20 per person (covering the cost of the provided meal) and can be purchased in advance online at GoIslanders.com/Tickets or by calling 361-825-BALL (2255).
