ISLANDER NOTABLES
- Senior guard Dalesia Booth is two blocks shy of tying the all-time program record (124) and three away from taking over the top spot altogether.  
- Alexes Bryant has recorded three or more blocks six times this season and 13 times in her two years on the Island. She currently leads the team with 31 blocks this year and is three away from 100. 
- Dae Dae Evans' is two shy of claiming the No. 3 spot for career steals by and Islander (169), while Booth is now three away of taking over the No. 3 spot (146). Emma Young (Coleman-O'Bryan) is now in sole possession of No. 7 all-time with 129 career steals. 
- The Islanders' six game winning streak in conference action is the longest streak since the 2013-14 season, when the blue and green won eight straight from Feb. 6-March, 8, 2014. 
- The 9-2 record in Southland play is the best start to the opening 11 games of conference play since Texas A&M-Corpus Christi joined the league in the 2006-07 season.  
- Texas A&M-Corpus Christi boasts one of the top defenses in the Southland, holding their opponents to an average of 56.8 points/game. 

COWGIRL NOTABLES
- Damilola Balogun recorded her fifth straight double double and eighth in the last nine games in the Cowgirls' matchup against Lamar on Saturday. 
- The duo of Balogun and Regan Bolton both average double figures for McNeese, with 11.6 and 11.0 points/game respectively. 
- Balogun is currently No. 1 in the Southland Conference in rebounds (206) and rebounding average (10.3 rebounds/game). 
- The Cowgirls allow on average 77.25 points/game while scoring 65.95/contest. 
- Senior guard Sky Jasper is coming off a season high six steals against the Cardinals to go along with 16 points and 10 rebounds. 
- The Cowgirls hold a 5-15 overall record at a 2-9 mark in conference action, but are an even .500 on their home floor. 
- The matchup against the Islanders' marks McNeese's fourth home contest out of the last five games.
