CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi women's basketball team saw a trio of student-athletes recognized for their academic excellence this year as the College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the Academic All-District honorees Tuesday.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District Women's Basketball team recognizes the nation's top student athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. A&M-Corpus Christi's three selections
Torie Sevier,
K'Nari Holliday, and
Asha Walker.
Walker and Holliday each secured the honor with 3.67 cumulative GPAs both in university studies, with Walker also working towards a marketing minor. Sevier turns in a 3.56 cumulative GPA in her kinesiology program to earn the recognition.
