SAN MARCOS, Texas -- The Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi baseball program (5-4, 0-0 Southland) travels north for a solo midweek matchup against Texas State (5-2, 0-0 Sun Belt), squaring off with the Bobcats on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. in San Marcos, Texas. For the Islanders, the game will serve as the 10th in a 13-day span to open the 2019 campaign as well as the 38th overall meeting between the two programs (28-9 in favor of Texas State).
