CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The Islanders' soccer program (0-2) shifts focus to visiting Texas State (1-3) on Friday evening as the young squad aims to pick up its first win of the season. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi enters the match owning the bragging rights between the two programs after having upended the Bobcats on the road last year in a 2-1 victory.

- Head Coach Craig Shaw enters his second season at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
