Islanders Look To Continue Midweek Dominance

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Texas A&M-Corpus Christi faces off with the UTSA Roadrunners for the first time this year, on Tuesday, after the two's matchup on March 6th was postponed due to rain. 

The Blue and Green are 24-32 against UTSA all-time, splitting the pair's two game series in each of the past two seasons. Corpus Christi is 6-2 in their eight midweek contests this season, with those only two losses coming to Texas and Texas A&M. The Islanders and UTSA have had similar seasons, posting respective records of 18-19 and 18-16. The Roadrunners are 4-3 when playing midweek contests this season, with two of those victories coming against Texas State.

COMING UP NEXT
The Islanders continue the SLC season at Nacogdoches next weekend, competing in a three-game series with Stephen F. Austin on the road. The Blue and Green is 17-23 against the Jacks all-time, taking one of three from SFA in the past four years.
