Julia Carter set a four-set single match school record with a .606 attack percentage. The freshman finished with a career-high 20 kills on 33 swings with no errors. She also added four digs and an assist.

Madison Green recorded her conference-leading third triple-double of the year with 44 assists, 14 digs and 11 kills. She hit .250 for the match and added a service ace. Her 44 assists pushed her past the 1,000 helper mark for her career.
Key Islander Statistics
- The Lady Jacks took the first set, 25-21, but the Islanders battled back to win the second, 29-27. SFA won the third and fourth sets by scores of 25-23 and 25-14.
- The Islanders' best set came in the third as the team hit .304 with 19 kills and five errors.
- In the second set, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi hit .278 with 22 kills.
- Five Islanders finished in double figures in digs and four had double-digit kill performances.

Key Islander Sequences
- The second set required extra points with the Islanders pulling out the win. Tied, 22-22, the remainder of the set included five ties and six lead changes. The Lady Jacks had a pair of set points that A&M-Corpus Christi fought off. Trailing 27-26, Simon tied it with a kill and Young gave the Islanders a set point with a kill of her own. On the next sequence, an SFA attack sailed long, giving the Islanders the set, 29-27.
- Despite falling in the third set, Carter put together a dominating sequence to keep the Islanders close. Trailing 23-19, Carter recorded four straight kills to eventually tie the match, 23-23. However, SFA would answer back with back-to-back points to take the set and the lead.
