CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men's and women's basketball teams will play a total of 15 games on national, regional and online streaming networks during the 2016-17 season.
The Islanders men's basketball team will be featured on Fox Sports Southwest on Dec. 22, when the Blue and Green travels to Oklahoma State, will play on the American Sports Network on Jan. 25 with a visit to Lamar, and have a pair of contests on Roots Sports Southwest against Stephen F. Austin on Jan. 19, and at McNeese on Feb. 11.
A&M-Corpus Christi will have five games streamed online between SEC Network+ and ESPN3. A Dec. 5 contest at Texas A&M, a visit to SFA on Jan.11, a Jan. 21 contest at Sam Houston State, a home game against Abilene Christian on Jan. 28 and Homecoming's Feb. 18 contest against Lamar will all be available on WatchESPN.
The first three rounds of the Southland Conference Tournament will also air on ESPN3, while the championship game will be shown on ESPN 2
The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi women's basketball team will have five dates on ESPN3 starting Jan. 5 at SFA, and continuing Jan. 21 at SHSU, Jan. 25 at Lamar, Jan. 28 against Nicholls and concluding with the Feb. 18 homecoming game against Lamar. The Islanders will also be featured on SEC Network+ when they travel to College Station to face Texas A&M on Dec. 10.
The championship game of the women's tournament will be presented on CBS Sports Network.
The remaining home games will be streamed on the Islanders Digital Network for free at GoIslanders.com/IDN.
