2022 (Sr.): Became a three-time SLC Setter of the Year... became to first ever two-time SLC Student-Athlete of the Year in program history with a perfect 4.0 GPA in her elementary education degree... three-time SLC All-Conference First-Team... earned an SLC Offensive Player of the Week nod (Nov. 14)... ran the strongest and most efficient offense in the league as the team turned in 1,007 kills and a .272 hitting percentage... led the Southland in assists per set at 10.57... second in the conference in hitting percentage at a .360 but led all setters... notched six double-doubles on the year... recorded season-high 12 digs in matches against UTRGV and Tulsa... registered season-high 13 kills twice in conference matchups with Northwestern State and Nicholls... dished out season-high 60 assists in five-set win over McNeese... recorded 53 assists, 13 kills, and six digs in the SLC Tournament against Northwestern State... played and started in 30 matches and 109 of the 121 sets... tallied 1,080 assists on the year which ranks seventh in the program's single-season record... notched 203 kills, 21 service aces, 134 digs and 19 blocks

2021 (Jr.): Became just the second All-American in program history after being distinguished as an AVCA All-America Honorable Mention… earned SLC Player of the Year and second consecutive SLC Setter of the Year… AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention in the Southwest Region… SLC Student-Athlete of the Year and All-Academic First-Team after carrying a cumulative 4.0 GPA in her elementary education curriculum… All-Conference First-Team and three-time SLC Offensive Player of the Week winner (Oct. 4, Oct. 11, Nov. 15)… led the conference with 9.77 assists per set on the season and 11.21 per set in conference only matches… ranked first in the conference for setters and third overall in hitting percentage… registered eight double-doubles and a triple-double on the year… season-high 56 assists at home against HBU to go along with 10 kills and nine digs… dished out 27 assists and recorded seven digs in three sets in the NCAA Tournament against Baylor… triple-double of 44 assists, 14 digs and 11 kills in a win at Nicholls on Oct. 7, 2021… reached double-figures in assists 28 times, digs five times and kills four times… season-high 12 kills in a win at New Orleans… season-high 14 digs two times, at Nicholls and vs. UTRGV… helped the Islanders hit above .300 as a team in half of their SLC matches… played in all 29 matches and in 102 of 103 sets... named the 2021-22 Female Student-Athlete of the Year at the Islanders Blue Carpet awards banquet

2020-21 (So.): SLC Setter of the Year… All-Conference First-Team selection… earned a spot on the SLC All-Academic First-Team… recognized as an AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention… ranked No. 1 in the conference in both assists (686) and assists per set (9.94), which led to A&M-Corpus Christi finishing No. 1 in the SLC in assists as a team… ranked fourth in the league in hitting percentage (.347), and helped the Islanders lead the SLC as a team with a .280 percentage… second on the team in both digs (137) and aces (18)… put away 114 kills and hit for a .347 percentage… historic outing at Incarnate Word where she submitted a triple-double of 43 assists, 13 kills and 11 digs… double-double of 39 assists and 11 kills against Abilene Christian… double-double of 31 assists and 12 digs in the regular season meeting vs. Sam Houston… neared a double-double with 52 assists and nine digs in the regular season meeting against Stephen F. Austin where she also fired three aces… neared a double-double with 40 assists and nine kills in the SLC Quarterfinals against Houston Baptist… dished out a career-high 62 assists in the SLC Championship against Sam Houston… played in all 69 sets and had at least a kill, a dig and 22 assists in every match… ended the year with 22 assists, eight digs and five kills in the NCAA Tournament against San Diego

2019 (Fr.): Appeared in 29 matches and 85 total sets ... finished the year with 285 assists, 92 digs, 21 service aces, 15 kills and three blocks ... recorded a 24-assist, 12 dig double-double against Jackson state (9/13) adding three service aces, three kills and a block ... had 13 double-figure assist matches and had 20 or more on six occasions ... season-high 26 assists with five digs and two service aces against Central Arkansas (11/16) ... had 17 multi-dig performances on the year ... recorded multiple service aces six times during the year.

Plano Senior High School
Panhans was a 2017 All-State performer at Plano Senior High School in Plano, Texas ... had over 2,600 career varsity assists and has a career-high of 61 assists in a single match ... earned first team academic all-district honors as a junior and was an honorable mention all-academic performer as a sophomore for coach Teri Minnis ... played for coach Andy Gass at the Summit Volleyball Club, leading the team to four-straight USAV Open Nationals ... while with Summit, Panhans took third in the 2017 USAV Open Nationals, third in the 2018 Windy City National Qualifier and was fourth at the Disney Volleyball Showcase ... plans to major in interdisciplinary studies on the Island.
