CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi softball team will host an undefeated Southeastern this weekend at Chapman Field in a three-game conference series Friday and Saturday.
Game one will get underway on Friday at 4 p.m. while game two and three will be a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 12 p.m. The Islanders will be going for their third straight conference series win after defeating East Texas A&M and HCU both 2-1 the previous two weeks.
The Islanders are also 3-1 at home so far, with this weekend kicking off a four-game homestand. Following the series with the Lady Lions, the Islanders will then welcome in Big 12 opponent Houston Tuesday at 4 p.m. before getting back on the road.
