NACOGDOCHES, Texas – Going up against two of the top teams in the league, the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi volleyball team will begin its 2024 Southland Conference campaign Thursday with the slate starting at SFA Thursday and HCU Saturday.
The Islanders (4-6) will take on preseason favorites SFA (8-5) Thursday at 6 p.m. as an initiation into the conference after the Lumberjacks joined the Southland this summer. A&M-Corpus Christi, who was picked fourth in the SLC preseason poll, will then head to fifth-ranked HCU (3-8) for a Saturday 1 p.m. matchup.
Both matches will be available to watch live on ESPN+.
