PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – Never dropping a set to open the new season, both the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men's and women's tennis programs swept Prairie View in each of its doubleheaders Thursday to start 2-0 for the year.

"These Islanders were incredibly excited to start the spring season!" said head coach

Our goal is to play each present fight with intensity and while we've got a long way to go, I though the fight and heart today was strong! I love the character and unity of these teams!"
