SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's baseball team fell to UIW 13-3 in eight innings on the road at Daniel Sullivan Field Thursday night in the first game of the series.
"We talked about the value of having an older team in the post-game circle," said head coach
Scott Malone. "We discussed, it's an easy fix and you're just a tiny bit away from a better swing. We need to move it up one notch tomorrow to get a win tomorrow. We'll push the leadership, get loose, have fun and see how it goes tomorrow.
Sophomore
Josh Caraway scored first for the Islanders in the top of the second inning as he came home on a single by junior
