The Islanders wrapped-up the regular season with a 19-3 overall record and 5-1 in conference. Four of their five SLC victories were 7-0 sweeps.

"This team is really growing and improving – we are really proud of them! This was the most complete and focused match we've played all year. The energy, fight and commitment to the process was excellent. This team is learning how much fun they can have and how much confidence they can play with when they commit to doing certain things the right way. I've seen a real commitment to that right process the past couple weeks and I'm very excited to compete with this amazing group in the conference tournament. I'm very proud of them today," said head coach Steve Moore.

In doubles, juniors Camille Townsend and Mariya Shumeika made quick work on court two with a 6-1 win. Sophomores Emma Aucagne and Emma Honore clinched the point with a 6-2 victory, and sophomores Leopoldine Boisseau and Kateryna Rublevska played it out on court three and won a 7-6 tiebreaker.

In singles, Aucagne kept rolling with a 6-2, 6-1 win on court one as the reigning SLC Player of the Week winner (her third of the season). Shumeika breezed to a 6-3, 6-1 win on court two.
