Men's basketball powers through for road win at New Orleans

- The Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi men's basketball team defeated the University of New Orleans, 81-75, on Wednesday evening at the Lakefront Arena in New Orleans.
- The Islanders improved to 11-17 overall and 7-10 in Southland play with the win. The Privateers fall to 8-19 overall and 4-13 in league action.
- Texas A&M-Corpus Christi outrebounded New Orleans, 36-22, and turned 12 offensive rebounds into 16 second chance points.
