South Texas Showdown at the UTRGV Fieldhouse in Edinburg, Texas.
- Texas A&M-Corpus Christi improves to 6-3 overall, while the Vaqueros fall to 5-4.
- The Islanders won the earlier meeting, 61-50, in Corpus Christi back on Nov. 23, to sweep the series and secure six points in the standings. The blue and green sweep the regular season series for the first time since the South Texas Showdown began in 2016.
