LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi golf team will compete at the 2018 Aggie Invitational at the New Mexico State University Golf Course in Las Cruces, N.M., starting on Monday, Oct. 8. The three-day tournament will feature 18 holes each day on the 6,392 yard, par-72 course. There will be a shotgun start at 9:30 CST each morning. Live scoring for the tournament can be found

The 16 team field includes Cal Baptist, Fresno State, Grand Canyon, NM State, Northern Arizona, North Dakota, Oral Roberts, Portland State, South Dakota State, Southern Utah, Texas A&M Corpus Christi, UC Riverside, Utah Valley, UTEP, UTRGV and Weber State.
The Islanders are coming off a fourth-place finish at the Sam Houston State Bearkat Women's Invitational last week. A&M-Corpus Christi set an 18-hole program record by carding a 288 during the third round on Tuesday. The team's 893 score was the second-lowest 54-hole total in school history.
Autumn Bynum shot her second career round of 68 during the final round which is tied for the program's second-lowest 18-hole score. Bynum finished sixth individually and
Dani Bergmann was right behind her in seventh.
The team will have a week off before heading to Bradenton, Fla., to compete in the three-day FIU Pat Bradley Invitational starting on Sunday, Oct. 21.
