CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Tuesday night, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi baseball heads to San Antonio for a rematch with UTSA in a 6 p.m. first pitch.

The Islanders open the week on the road before returning home to host Southeastern Louisiana in Southland Conference action over the weekend.

A&M-Corpus Christi enters Tuesday's clash with the Roadrunners after salvaging the final game of its series at New Orleans with an 8-4 win Saturday night. Both the Islanders and Roadrunners have an extra day of rest as their respective weekend series were pushed into Saturday doubleheaders due to Sunday weather conditions.

The Islanders and Roadrunners are meeting for the 56th time with UTSA holding a 32-23 advantage in all-time meetings. In their last trip to UTSA, the Islanders rolled to a 12-4 victory over the Roadrunners as the Blue and Green scored seven runs in the sixth inning to pull away.
