Lettered all four years while at Mansfield Timberview under head coach Duane Gregory … averaged 16 points per game, 3.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists his senior year … scored 1,700 points and shot 83 percent from the free-throw line over the course of his career … named district’s Co-Most Valuable Player as a senior, becoming the first player in school history to garner the honor … also made Texas Association of Basketball Coaches All-Region his senior year … helped lead team to a bi-district championship in his freshman and senior seasons … named Super Team Selection by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and named to DFW East/West All-Star Game … made first team all-district his junior year after averaging 18 points per game … was named All-Academic District his junior year … named Newcomer of the Year and Sophomore of the Year during his career.
