In his first year with the Islanders, Hill made more appearances than any other pitcher with 24 and 9 starts to his credit along with 2 saves... Worked his way into a starting spot toward the end of the season, striking out 39 batters through 50.2 innings

Played for head coach Darren Burroughs for two years... Had 24 appearances through his two years along with 31 strikeouts... Was the JUCO World Series runner-up his freshman year

Graduated from Deer Creek High School in 2021 as valedictorian... Was coached by Roland Baza where he recieved All-District and All-State honors his senior year
