2014 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 21 games while starting six ... Picked up his first win (6-1) at UTSA in a five inning outing (3/25) ... Was second on the team with a 3.79 ERA ... Pitched 31.1 innings allowed just three extra base hits ... Struck out 28 batters on the season ... Struck out a season high six batters against Houston-Victoria (4/22) ... Pitched two scoreless innings against Baylor (4/30).

2013 (FRESHMAN): Got in 3.2 innings of work in five appearances … recorded a scoreless inning against Houston-Victoria (3/21) … gave up one walk and one hit but no runs in an inning against UTSA (4/9) … made final appearance of season without giving up a hit or run in one inning of work to go along with one strikeout against Houston-Victoria (4/23).

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Boerne High School in San Antonio … batted .475 with 32 RBI and 14 doubles his senior season … named first team all-state … three-time first team all-district and academic all-district selection.
