Jake Rugeley joined the Islanders staff in 2022 and is now serving as the Graduate Assistant for the Islanders baseball team.  He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and is now working towards his MBA here on the island.  He is responsible for assisting Faith in the day-to-day operations, responsible for managing all the player’s equipment, and responsible for running the bullpen during games.
