Dustin Williams is in his third season with the Islanders, moving over to a volunteer assistant. He served as a graduate assistant for the team from 2019-2021.
Williams played baseball at Oklahoma State for four years, 2014-2017, and made a College World Series appearance in 2016 where the Cowboys won two games in the tournament. While playing, he made four regional appearances with the team and made two super regionals. Williams was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2016 before he chose to return back to school.
He has earned his Master's degree in Kinesiology at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. His role on the team centers primarily around working with infielders and catchers.
