2021-22
• Earned a spot on the All-Conference Second-Team after going 5-1 at No. 3 singles with all of her wins coming in straight sets
• Registered a 15-5 record in singles, primarily at No. 3
• Moved up to No. 2 singles at the SLC Tournament and went unbeaten to help the Islanders advance to the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive year
• Tallied singles wins over UTSA, UTRGV, Sam Houston, UIW, Southeastern, New Orleans, Nicholls, McNeese, Prairie View A&M, Texas A&M-Kingsville and St. Thomas
• Submitted a 13-9 doubles record, mostly at No. 1
• Teamed with Mariya Shumeika to post a 6-3 doubles win in the SLC Championship match against NJIT
• Notched doubles wins over Lamar, Sam Houston, UTRGV, New Orleans, McNeese, NJIT, Prairie View A&M, Texas A&M-Kingsville and St. Thomas
• Won Flight A doubles at both the Lamar Tournament and Islander Open in the fall with Mariya Shumeika
• Graduated with a 3.94 GPA and earned SLC All-Academic Second-Team honors

2020-21
• Voted an All-Conference Second-Team Doubles selection at No. 1 with Mariya Shumeika after going 19-6 on the season and 7-3 in conference; the duo went 2-0 in the SLC Tournament
• Tabbed SLC Player of the Week on March 2
• Notched a 14-6 singles record in the year primarily at No. 2, including a 6-4 mark in conference
• Opened the season on a five-match winning-streak in singles and eight-match streak in doubles
• Went unbeaten at the SLC Tournament including a 6-0, 6-4 victory in the championship against Lamar; also recorded a 6-2, 6-3 win in the semifinals against Stephen F. Austin
• Led 5-4 in the second set against eighth-ranked Baylor at the NCAA Tournament
• Named a Team Captain

2019-20
• First Team Southland All-Academic.
• Named the Southland Player of the Week on Feb. 11.
• Went 12-1 in singles on the season, going 3-1 in Southland play.
• Was a perfect 2-0 at No. 1 singles and 10-1 at No. 2 singles.
• Went 10-2 in doubles with Mariya Shumeika.
• Was 6-2 at the No. 1 doubles spot and 4-0 at No. 2 doubles.
• Advanced to the ITA Texas Regional consolation championship match.
• Won a pair of matches in the A singles draw at the Contender CrossFit Islander Open to move to championship match.
• Won the A doubles draw of the Contender CrossFit Islander Open with Shumeika.

2018-19
• Named Second Team All-Southland at No. 3 singles
• Compiled a 15-3 singles record and was 9-2 in Southland matches
• Was 12-3 at the No. 3 position on the year and 3-0 at No. 2
• Picked up eight doubles wins, splitting time between the No. 1 and No. 3 position
• Advanced to the third round of singles at the Fall ITA Texas Regional

A native of Coconut Creek, Fla., Townsend was ranked as high as #2 in Florida and #63 in the U.S. National juniors rankings and is a four-star recruit ... was the seventh ranked player in the state of Florida and has climbed as high as 371 in the ITF world juniors rankings ... holds a 10.5 UTR ranking.
