2022-23

• Honored as the Southland Conference Student-Athlete of the Year and to the All-Academic First-Team and graduated with a 3.94 GPA in biomedical science.
• Clinched the conference tournament to send the Islanders to the NCAA Tournament in a 4-3 victory over New Orleans in the finals. He won a third set tiebreaker 7-0 in the deciding match and went on to be named the SLC Tournament MVP. Lorieul also clinched the doubles point 7-6 (6) with Avery Zavala on court one.
• Named to the All-Conference First-Team doubles after going 18-6 overall and 4-1 in conference, and won all three doubles matches in the conference tournament. Played No. 1 doubles with Avery Zavala.
• Won doubles matches against UL-Lafayette, UTRGV, UT Arlington, Rice and entered the NCAA Tournament on an 11-match doubles winning-streak.
• Posted non-conference singles wins over Southern Miss, UL-Lafayette, BYU, UT Arlington and UTRGV.
• Honored as the SLC Player of the Week winner on Feb. 7 after going unbeaten in singles matches against Southern Miss, UL-Lafayette and Prairie View A&M.
• Turned in a 15-9 singles record on the year primarily at the No. 2 position.
• Helped men’s tennis win its 22nd conference championship.
• Reached the main draw at ITA Regionals in the fall after picking up wins over SMU and UTSA in the preliminaries.

2021-22
• A perfect 3-0 at No. 1 singles in conference to improve his career SLC singles record to 8-0                                                                                              
• Registered an 11-10 singles record, primarily at the No. 1 spot on a team ranked No. 94 in the nation
• Posted wins over UTRGV, UT Arlington, DePaul, Abilene Christian, New Orleans, Nicholls, UIW and Prairie View A&M
• Won the last-match-on against UIW in the regular season finale to lock-up the No. 1 seed for the conference tournament and win the SLC regular season championship
• Distinguished as the SLC Player of the Week on April 19 after winning in both singles and doubles at UIW in the regular season championship match
• All-Conference First-Team doubles with Nathan Schwartz with a team-high 10 wins at the No. 1 spot
• Won doubles matches against UT Arlington, UTRGV, DePaul, Lamar, Nicholls, UIW and Prairie View A&M
• Honored as the Male Scholar Athlete of the Year at the Islanders Blue Carpet awards banquet
• Turned in a 3.97 cumulative GPA as a biomedical sciences major to earn SLC All-Academic FIrst-Team

2020-21
• Went undefeated in singles on the entire season with a 15-0 (5-0 SLC) record
• Named to the All-Conference First-Team at No. 4 singles
• Did not drop a set in five SLC singles matches
• Earned SLC All-Academic First-Team honors with a cumulative 4.0 GPA
• Posted a 15-6 doubles record, including 3-1 in conference
• Won both his singles and doubles match in the finals of the SLC Tournament to help clinch the championship over Lamar; also clinched the doubles point with Nathan Schwartz
• Unbeaten against UTRGV to guide the Islanders to a sweep in the South Texas Showdown

2019-20
• Went 9-6 in singles during the spring.
• Was a perfect 2-0 at No. 2 and 1-0 at No. 3.
• Was 6-6 in doubles, playing with Thomas Rodrigues Lopes and Carlos Berna Ruiz.
• Advanced to the championship match of the "A" singles of the Contender CrossFit Islander Open.
