2014 (SENIOR): Appeared in six games during his senior year … Pitched 4.2 innings … Had nine strikeouts on the year and struck out a season high four innings against Texas – Pan American in 1.2 innings of work (3/18).

2013 (JUNIOR): Made 11 appearances on the year, giving up seven runs over a span of 12.2 innings pitched … made his first appearance as an Islander against Texas Pan-American (2/17), throwing one inning without giving up an earned run while picking up one strikeout … threw two scoreless innings against New Mexico (2/22) during the Kleberg Bank College Classic … went a season high 2.1 innings, while allowing two runs on four hits against Dallas Baptist (3/3) … notched his first career win by throwing two perfect innings against Houston-Victoria (3/21) … made his first appearance in a Southland meeting against Oral Roberts (3/3) and went 1.2 shutout innings without giving up a hit while striking out a career-high three batters … threw another scoreless inning in his second conference outing against Northwestern State (4/12).

MIDLAND COLLEGE: Pitched 33.1 innings out of the bullpen his sophomore season … compiled a 5-to-1 strikeout-to-walk ratio … was selected to play in the Texas/New Mexico All-Star Game.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played under head coach Corky Gallegos at Moody High School in Corpus Christi.
