Catering Islanders Open ... fell in the semifinal match to Harley Pearson and Boburjon Kamiljanov of UTSA (9/20/13) … collected a 10-4 singles record in the spring, including a perfect 6-0 mark in No. 6 singles in Southland play … played primarily at No. 6 singles (9-3) but also played two matches at No. 5 singles (1-1) … won his last six singles matches … grinded out a 7-4 tiebreaker win in the second set of singles action to lift the Islanders to a 4-3 victory over UT Arlington (2/24/14) … named Second Team All-Southland and earned the conference championship at No. 6 singles … teamed with Westmoreland in No. 2 doubles for an 8-6 record and a 3-1 mark in the Southland … won their last two matches of the season and earned the conference championship at No. 2 doubles … helped the Islanders clinch their seventh straight Southland regular-season title, and their fifth Southland Tournament crown and berth to the NCAA championships in the last seven years.
