NOTES
- A&M-Corpus Christi trails New Orleans 10-13 in the all-time record. Though, the Islanders swept last year's series after beating the Privateers by at least 17 points in both. The Islanders will be looking to beat New Orleans at their place for the second straight year, the first time they would've ever done so.

- The Islanders lead the Lions 14-10 in the all-time record. The teams have split the series for the last two straight seasons with each team winning on the road in both.

- Last year, the Islanders were 7-2 on the road against Southland opponents en route to winning the regular season championship.

- At least seven different Islanders have grabbed a rebound in every game this year.

- A&M-Corpus Christi is 22-0 over the last three seasons when shooting over .500 FG%. The Islanders are 24-0 over the last two seasons when holding the opposition to 70 points or less.

- The Islanders are on a campaign towards another title after Shaw helped the Islanders win three conference championships in the last two seasons. It included back-to-back SLC Tournament titles and the 2022-23 SLC regular season crown. The Islanders earned the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament in consecutive seasons.
