"What's special is how we've done this as a team together with Aurelian Tave,
Olga Bazhanova, Goncalo Figueiredo, Jason Holland and others. With the values of family, high character players only, team first and Islanders 'Real World Training' philosophy. Our players have been truly like family, and you see that in action by how many stay here to coach and remain so close long after they graduate. The coaches and players are pillars in each other's lives," Moore said.

I'm so grateful to our president, AD leadership and the most special donor base in the nation that support us. I drive to work every day excited to see these players because of their character and the support we receive. We say Islanders family always, and these coaches and players have poured their hearts into living that," Moore said.
