CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – In the final game at the Dugan Wellness Center this season, the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men's basketball program will host UIW in Southland Conference action Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

UIW (6-8, 0-1 SLC) will look to shake off a tough 82-74 overtime loss at Texas A&M-Commerce to begin conference. The Cardinals had a look to win it at the end of regulation but a shot from the short corner just wouldn't fall.
UIW registered non-conference wins over Dartmouth, Grambling State and Bethune-Cookman. Jonathan Cisse leads the team with 13.1 points per game and shoots .474 (27-57) from three-point range and .889 (48-54) from the free throw line.
The game can be watched with a subscription on ESPN+ with Steven King on the call. It will be the first of back-to-back games against UIW as the Islanders will travel to San Antonio for a 4 p.m. tip Saturday.
