"We are very excited to be out here in this beautiful mountain country and playing two tough teams that will be very challenging. Our emphasis is always the same - control what we can control. Max out playing every point with intensity, great team spirit and always playing tough and smart. If we max out these things that we can control then we often have a good chance to be successful. I love the attitude and work ethic of these girls and their commitment to being a true team," said head coach
Steve Moore.

Sofia Pinto stood out with a pair of singles wins. She started out at No. 3 where she noted a straight set win. Pinto then moved up to No. 1 singles where she grinded out a three-set victory. Pinto also picked up a doubles win with junior
