LAKE CHARLES, La. – With seeding at stake, the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi women's tennis program will wrap-up the regular season Saturday with an 11 a.m. road match at McNeese at the Nancy Hank Tennis Center.
A&M-Corpus Christi (18-3, 4-1 SLC) can still win a share of the regular season championship, but it would need to beat McNeese (3-14, 1-4 SLC) and have Northwestern State (14-2, 5-0 SLC) lose to Nicholls (11-8, 3-2 SLC) on Saturday.
The Islanders are coming off an unbeaten home weekend after beating New Orleans 6-1 and Nicholls 7-0. A&M-Corpus Christi extended its home winning-streak to 23 matches, which will carry-over into next season.
