- The Islanders scored eight runs on four hits with no errors. The Jaspers had nine runs on 12 hits with three errors.
- A&M-Corpus Christi tacked on three in the seventh as Marbach tripled to drive in a pair of runs and then came around to score on a Williams groundout.
