- Dalesia Booth's four blocks against Sam Houston move her into No. 2 all-time with 121 for her career. She is now just three away from tying the program record of 124 set back by Roberta Plaza from 2000-04. 
- Emma Young (Coleman-O'Bryan) collected four rebounds vs. the Bearkats, putting her at an even 600 for her Islander career. She is just one of four players in the history of the program to eclipse both 1,000 career points and 600 rebounds. 
- During Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's five game winning streak, the defense has held its opponents to an average of 48.4 points/game. On two different occasions the blue and green have allowed forty points or less. 
- Alexes Bryant leads Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in scoring with 13.1 points/game. 
- Bryant has reached double figures in three straight games including four of the last five. 

HUSKIES NOTABLES
- The duo of Timia Jefferson and Megan Valdez-Crader average double-digit scoring for the Huskies with 11.7 and 10.9 points/game. 
- Houston Baptist is coming off a 60-55 victory at Incarnate Word this past Wednesday, scoring the final seven points of the game. 
- Jefferson scored 18 points with six rebounds to extend her double figures scoring streak to three.
- In their last five games, HBU has averaged 66.4 points/game and have given up 75.4 points/contest. 
- The Huskies average 3.4 blocks/game, totaling up 61 blocks so far this season.
