LAST SEASON VS. INCARNATE WORD
- The Islanders swept the two meetings last season between the two programs.
- On homecoming on Feb. 9, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi beat UIW, 70-61, at the American Bank Center.
- Four Islanders scored in double figures that game led by Kareem South with 25, Jashawn Talton-Thomas with 14, Elijah Schmidt with 10 and Emmanuel Toney with10.
- A&M-Corpus Christi shot 59 percent (23-39) from the field for the game and knocked down eight long range makes.
- In the second meeting, Talton-Thomas powered the Islanders to a 74-72 overtime victory in San Antonio with a 32-point performance, going 14-of-15 from the free throw line.
- Talton also grabbed six boards and had two steals in the victory.
- A&M-Corpus Christi shot 46.9 percent (23-46) from the field and went 21-for-27 at the free throw line.
- Despite UIW holding a halftime lead, the Islanders would tie the game by outscoring the Cardinals 37-31 in the second half and 9-7 in overtime.
- Jake Babic had 15 points with three three pointers.

HOME IS WHERE THE WINS ARE
- Wednesday night's victory over New Orleans marked the sixth home win for the Islanders on the season.
- In 10 home games this year, A&M-Corpus Christi is averaging 65.5 points while holding opponents to a 64.9 average.
- Freshman Jordan Hairston averages 14.0 points per game in his five home games this season.
- At home, the Islanders have been less reliant on the three ball, making just 7.2 per game compared to an 8.3 road average.
- Dating back to Nov. 17, A&M-Corpus Christi has won six of seven home games, outscoring opponents 498-442 (71.1-63.1).

THE WIN LIST
- Head coach Willis Wilson has won 132 games since arriving on the Island and is on pace to become the program's all-time win leader this season.
- Wilson needs just two more wins to tie Ronnie Arrow at 134 victories.
- Arrow was the first head coach in program history, coaching from 1999-07.
