CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- The Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi women's basketball team (13-14, 7-9 Southland) shifts focus to the team's penultimate regular season matchup against McNeese State (7-20, 5-11 Southland), squaring off with the Cowgirls at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Mar. 6 in the Dugan Wellness Center. The game will serve as the first meeting between the two programs this season after a split last year's of matchups, including the first-round 75-52 victory by the Islanders in the Southland Conference Tournament. All-time, the Blue & Green and McNeese State have broken even with one another, owning a 7-7 overall mark with each boasting a perfect 6-0 home record.
