Islanders aim to bounce back on road

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Texas A&M-Corpus Christi closes a three-game road swing with a Wednesday night tilt at Texas State.
 
The Islanders (1-4) are aiming to snap a four-game skid, which includes an overtime loss and three-point setback at Georgia. Corpus Christi is meeting Texas State for the 17th time in program history and leads the series 10-6.
 
Following Wednesday's clash, the Islanders return home to host Texas Lutheran in the Dugan Wellness Center on Friday night.
