Emily Malouf

Emily Malouf joined the staff of head coach Bryan Jackson and the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi track & field team as a Graduate Assistant prior to the 2026 season.

Before making her way onto the coaching staff, Malouf most recently completed her own collegiate career with the Islanders, competing with the throws group during the 2025 campaign. Despite spending just one year with the program, she etched her name in the school's history books, becoming the first athlete -- man or woman -- to win a shot put gold medal at a conference championship meet, doing so at the 2025 Southland Conference Indoor Championships with a throw of 15.11m that previously stood as the school record at the conclusion of her time with the team. In addition to this, Malouf also ranked second in program history in the outdoor shot put, third in the discus throw, fourth in the weight throw and seventh in the hammer at the end of her tenure. For her accomplishments, she earned a spot on the Southland Conference All-Academic Team.

Prior to competing with the Islanders, Malouf spent four seasons at Westminster University in her hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah. She is currently working to finish her master's degree in Health Care Administration.
