2012 OUTDOOR TRACK (SOPHOMORE): Recorded a time of 53.94 in the men’s 400m hurdles at the Victor Lopez Rice Classic (3/24), which places second all-time … set seven all-time records during the season … ran the third-leg of the men’s 4 x100 meter relay team at the Southland Conference Championships (5/13) with a time of 42.25 … helped set three all-time records in the men’s 4x400 meter relay … helped set the third all-time record of 3:13.68 in the 4x400 meter relay team at the Victor Lopez Rice Classic (3/24).
2012 INDOOR TRACK (SOPHOMORE): Recorded a time of 6.94 in the men’s 55m dash at the Texas Tech Invitational (1/20-21) … clocked a time of 50.97 in the men’s 400m at the Texas Tech Invitational (1/20-21) … anchored the men’s 4x400 meter relay team at the Southland Conference Championships (2/26) to clock the second fastest time in history of 3:22.02.
2011 OUTDOOR TRACK (FRESHMAN): Placed first at the Trinity University Alumni Classic (4/1) in the 400 meter hurdles marking his best finish of the season … moved into the No. 2 spot in the men’s top 10 with a time of 54.34 … finished 10th at the Victor Lopez Classic (3/25) in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 55.65.
2011 INDOOR TRACK (FRESHMAN): Placed eighth in the Islanders men’s top 10 in the 400 meter dash with a time of 51.64 at the Texas Tech Invitational (1/21).
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in hurdles and relays for coach Voose at Samuel Clemens High School ... was the anchor on the mile relay team his senior year ... his best time in the 300 hurdle was 38.6 seconds ... team placed at regionals three years ... school won district title his senior year ... earned three letters in track and two in football ... following his senior year in football he earned the Fighting Heart award.
