In High School: Competed in multiple events for Stacy Zamzow at Goliad High School...team captain as a junior and senior...three-time MVP...ran 12.76 in the 100-meter dash as a senior...lept 16’9-3/4” in the long jump and cleared 5’2” in the high jump...cleared a personal-best 5’4” in the high jump as a senior...lettered for three years in volleyball...was named District MVP and Hitter of the Year as a senior...also named all-area and honorable mention all-state...played in the all-star volleyball game between all classes as senior and was named the overall MVP.

 

Personal: Born Tamara Renee Krecker on Dec. 18, 1986 in Albuquerque, N.M...is the daughter of Russell and Becky Ward...has an older sister...plans to major in biology/genetics.
