Competed in four meets with four top-10 finishes.... PR 800m time of 2:06.33 at Stan Scott Memorial.... 4th place finish 4x400m time of 3:21.90 time at Howie Ryan Invite.... sixth place overall at SLC Championships 4X400m time of 3:20.65. 

2023 Outdoor (Freshman)
Ran in the 4x400m relay for fifth at the SLC Championships... Competed in five meets on the season... Personal-best 49.55s time in the 400m dash at the SLC Championships

2023 Indoor (Freshman)
Part of the 4x400m relay team that placed seventh at the SLC Championships... Finished fourth and sixth in the event at two other meets on the season... Ran the 400m and 200m dashes as well
