2007 Indoor Track: Redshirted.

2007 Outdoor Track: Redshirted.

2006 Cross Country: After missing the first race of the season, finished among the team’s top five the rest of the season...was 23rd at the Islander Splash (9/29) in 19:49...finished 31st at the Southland Conference Championship (10/27) with a mark of 24:12...one two Islanders to run at the region meet placing 81st (23:32).

2006 Indoor Track: Ran the third-fastest time in the mile in school history with a time of 5:12.54 at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Meet (1/20).

2006 Outdoor Track: Had the Islanders second-best time of the year in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:45.15 at Rice (4/29)...timed a personal-best 10:38.50 in the 3,000-meter run at the Javelina Relays (2/25)

2005 Cross Country: Finished amongst the top five Islanders in all but one race...teamed with Yvette Rodriguez to win the season opening UTSA Triangular Relays...placed first as the Islanders swept the top five spots at the Islander Splash (9/30) in a time of 18:19...fifth overall at the Rice Invitational (9/17) in 15:06...placed 15th at the Independent Championship at West Guth Park in a time of 17:58.77.

Phoenix College: for Iris Gordon and Lisa Hale...placed 10th in the NJCAA Championship in a time of 19:09.60 to earn second-team All-America honors...sixth in the nation in the 1,500 with a time of 4:54.44...eighth in the nation in the 5000 (19:38.44)...third in the region in the 1500 (4:46.00) and 5,000-meter runs (19:27.28).

In High School: Competed at Cortez High School.

Personal: Born Magaly Burciaga on Jan. 2, 1986 in Phoenix, Ariz.&daughter of Emiliano and Maria Burciaga.
