2007 Indoor Track: Competed in two meets...set the islander record in the weight throw at the Southland Conference Championship (2/17) with a distance 10.13m (33’3")...threw the shot put 6.99m (22’11-1/4") at the Leonard Hilton Memorial (1/19).

2007 Outdoor Track: Top Islander performer in the hammer and second best in the discus...recorded a mark of 31.86m (104’6") at the Southland Conference Championship (5/5)...was third in the javelin at the Battle of the Cacti (4/14) with a mark of 26.91m (88’3") which is the best mark of her career.

2006 Indoor Track: Had the Islanders third-best mark of the season with a throw of 8.54m (28’0-1/4") at the RunSport All-Comers Meet (2/11).

2006 Outdoor Track: Islander record-holder in the hammer with a toss of 33.33m (109’4") at Rice (4/29)...has the next six best marks in the hammer as well...mark of 30.54m (100’2") in the discus at Rice is the second-best mark by an Islander...posted a season-best of 26.82m (88’0") in the javelin...2005 Indoor Track: Posted the third-best throw in the shot put in school history with a mark of 8.80m (28’10-1/2") at the RunSport All-Comers Meet (2/12)...2005 Outdoor Track: Set a school-record with a discus throw of 26.52m (87’) at the Texas Invitational (3/26)...had a season-best shot put toss of 9.57m (31’4-3/4") at the Islander Invite (3/25)...season ended early due to injury in accident returning from Texas Invitational.

In High School: Competed for Barry Bowman at Bullard High School...lettered in track and tennis...strong athlete was named Outstanding Female Lifter in 2004.

Personal: Born Lenora Perkins in Houston, Texas on May 22, 1986...daughter of Laura Perkins...has two brothers...marine biology major.
