CAREER RESULTS AND PERSONAL BESTS
2015 Indoor and Outdoor Track:
2014 Indoor and Outdoor Track: Opened the season with a third-place finish in the women's distance medley relays at the Houston Indoor Opener. Finished second in the 800 at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 2:15.57. Her first victory of the season came in the 800 at the Dr. Pepper Classic. Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth during the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships.
2013 Indoor and Outdoor Track: Earned nine top-five finishes in both the indoor and outdoor seasons. Picked up a win in the 800 at the Javelina Twilight Invitational. Took third in the finals of the 800 at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships. Entered the top-10 school record list in the 800 several times during the season, including her time of 2:12.08 during the Southland Conference Outdoor Championship.
2012 Indoor and Outdoor Track: Crossed the 800m-finish line with a personal-best time of 2:12.08 at the Fred Duckett Rice Twilight (4/21), to place second all-time … clocked a time of 4:37.33 in the 1500m at the Texas Invitational (4/14) … ran the third leg in the Distance Medley Relay at the Texas Relays (3/31) to help her team finish with a school record time. Set a personal-best time of 2:16.62 in the women’s 800m at the Southland Conference Championships (2/26) which places second all-time … ran the third-leg of the distance medley relay finals to help the team finish sixth with a time of 12:25.99 at the Southland Conference Championships (2/26) … won the 800m with a time of 2:19.68 at the Jeff Davis Bank McNeese Indoor Meet (2/3), to qualify for the Southland Conference Championships … competed in six events during the season.
2011 CROSS COUNTRY (FRESHMAN): Teamed up with Shelby Polasek to finish fourth for at the UTPA Bronc Relays (9/2) with a time of 48:07 … finished fourth in the women’s 5k at the Islander Splash (9/23) with a time of 19:35 … set a personal-best time of 24:18.6 in the women’s 6k at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (10/15) … competed in five meets during the season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran for head coach George Lutkenhaus at Northwest High School in Justin, Texas … cross country regional qualifier in 2010 and 2009 … qualified for track regionals her last three years … holds the school record in the 4x4 and 4x8 relays.
PERSONAL: Jasmine McCoy was born on June 12, 1993, in Long Branch, N.J. … parents are Wilson Disu and Lakiba McCoy … has one sibling ... major is environmental science.
