2012 OUTDOOR TRACK (FRESHMAN): Recorded three top 10 all-time records in the men’s 400m during the season … clocked a personal-best time at the Fred Duckett Rice Twilight (4/21) with the third fastest time in school history of 48:50 … anchored the men’s 4x100 meter relay team at the Southland Conference Championships (5/13) and posted a time of 42.25 … helped set three top 10 all-time records in the men’s 4x100 meter relayed … anchored the men’s 4x800 meter relay and clocked a new all-time record of 7:38.56 at the Texas Relays (3/29) … ran in the men’s 4x400 meter relay and set three top 10 all-time records … set a season best-time of 3:13.68 in the men’s 4x400 meter relay at the Victor Lopez Rice Classic (3/24) which is competitive enough for third all-time … ran the second-leg of the distance medley relay to help shatter the school record with a time of 9:52.89 set at the Texas Relays (3/31).

2012 INDOOR TRACK (FRESHMAN): Ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Southland Conference Championships (2/26) which set the second fastest time in school history with a time of 3:22.02 … posted a time of 52.18 in the men’s 400m at the McNeese State Cowboy Indoor Meet (1/13) to place first for the Islanders … qualified in the men’s 400m at the Southland Conference Championships at the Red Raider Open (2/4) with a time of 49.88.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran for head coach Mike Barcenez at Byron P. Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas … district champion in the 400m and 800m his senior season … 2007 All-American and gold medalist at the AAU Junior Olympics … holds the school record in the 400m with a time of 49.36 and the 800m with a time of 1:57.06 … also lettered in football.
